  2. Tech support

    TECH SUPPORT -- ANY SUPPORT! I have e-mailed, called, and submitted support tickets to no avail over the last week. If your support has improved, I've yet to see it. . or any for that matter!! VERY FRUSTRATED!!

  3. More detailed reports that separate out the fees

    have better reporting options. Filter all payees by name on entire list, not by page.

  15. Phone App with paying ability

    Develop an app that you can have on your phone to send text messages out to those who have a cell phone and request money be sent via app and they can pay right away. After paying a texted receipt will go with them and a confirmation message will go to the person operating the site.

    U need just a simple and clean iPhone app to make this site mobile friendly. I think lots more people would use it.

  19. Make Fees percentage based fees for transactions below a certain dollar amount.

    Users have noted that for payments less than $50-$60, the $1.29 fee is higher than the percentage based fee structure. More options for implementing the percentage based fee structure with smaller payments would be ideal.
