Paypal just informed me that my Pay-it-Square site is in violation of Paypal policies and would be restricted.
This kills my ability to use Pay-it-Square for collecting league fees.
Ok, so I see now you have a knowledge base article pointing to this issue on a government site. Very CYA.
You should be upfront with your customers and let them know (BEFORE THEY CREATE THE SITE), that Fantasy sports could come under scrutiny and even violate paypal policies.
I now have to delete my sites and move on.
Too bad - I liked your service, but I'll have to pass.
We added content on our site and added a disclaimer when creating pages.

Thanks for the feedback Stan. We took down all of our landing pages related to Fantasy Football last year after PayPal brought this to our attention. I agree with you. We need to publish a page that is more explicit about PayPal's policies. We wish PayPal and our government would soften the rules around this type of activity. These laws and policies are not stopping people from participating in these leagues.
