Changing Payment Processors

It is not ideal to change your Payment Processor while your page is live, but you can if necessary. Keep in mind, you cannot change currencies.

Before changing your Payment Processor:

  • Make sure that any money collected using the previous Payment Processor is transferred into your bank account.
  • Ensure your new Payment Processor is connected correctly on your Settings > Payment Processor page.
Once you're ready to switch, go to your collect page's Edit page, change the option under "Select account to collect to", and click Save Changes.

Please note: If there is any time when no Payment Processor is connected, people will be unable to pay or donate.
