Do my payers need a Stripe account to pay on PayIt2?

No. Your payers do not need a Stripe Account. Your payers can use PayIt2 with a credit or debit card without having to sign up with Stripe. 

Who can use Stripe? 

Currently, only citizens of the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland can use Stripe. Stripe is working on the functionality to allow organizers from around the world to use Stripe, but for now, it's limited to those countries. What are the fees with Stripe like?

Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 for each transaction. There is no monthly cost associated with Stripe, and you don't have to pay any membership fees or upfront costs.
