You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  1. Improve Emailing Friends Feature

    We are using AddThis.com which is limiting organizers in how many friends they can let know about the page to 5. This is too small and needs to be improved.

    We are fixing this in our next major release.

  2. Really need to improve your customer service

    This is outrageous that I have email this company multiple times about my account. It's been a week and no assistance.

    We now have dedicated support staff. You should see this improve!

  3. Make the site more mobile friendly

    The right hand column is cut off, Im guessing the font is too big?

    We have updated our design to be more responsive and mobile friendly. We continue to work to improve the sites quality and usability

  4. Support Better Email Receipts

    Please add the following email notifications:

    1. (Completed) Notify payers with a detailed receipt after paying online. (today this only come from the payment processor).
    2. (Completed) Notify payers with a detailed receipt when then mark themselves paid offline or they are added as paid offline to the list.
    3. Add the ability to resend a receipt to someone in the list.
    4. (Completed) Notify the organizer when someone marks themselves paid offline.
    5. (Completed) Notify the organizer when someone pays online or marks themselves paid offline. Include details and updated page stats in the email. (ability to schedule real-time, daily or weekly).
