  1. NEW REGISTRANTS

    Instead of listing them in ABC order on the website, it should list them in order of when they pay so that we can keep track of who we have exported and confirmed. It is really frustrating looking back at the entire list and figuring out who just paid.

  3. Support the ability for someone to checkout multiple times.

    When you select yourself from the list and you have already paid it doesn't let you checkout twice.

    This feature has been available since the last big update we made.

  5. Adding Guests adds to price of ticket

    We are planning a high school reunion. Every person attending must pay a price. Most people are coming as couples. But you only allow us to show the main registrant. Not who they're bringing with them. So it looks to everybody who goes on the site like there's not that many people signed up. Nobody knows if others are bringing spouses significant others or not. Instead your site is built around paying one price for a ticket and then adding somebody on as a guest - included in that price

    We have made this functionality available that attaches the number of guests to the number of tickets. So people have to pay for a ticket in order to add a guest.

  6. Display Questions on Admin Page

    Currently, answers to custom questions are only viewable after downloading and viewing the excel spreadsheet reports. I want to be able to view answers to questions and other information on the admin page of my collect page.

    Hi, just click on the person’s name or under the actions button click show details or edit. The questions and answers are visible there. Let us know if that isn’t what you are looking for.

  7. Only allow people to decline if they are on the list.

    The decline button can be confusing in some cases. This is another option that would help people get the functionality they are looking for.

    You can now set this option on edit page > advanced options.

  8. Fix the Collections Options page so the order is maintained after changes.

    On the Collections Option page, I have my items in the order I want. If/when I make any changes, the order is changed on the final page when I view it, even though the order I want is still shown on the Collections Option page. This is frustrating. I end up moving items up and down in the order list to put them back in the order I want for this to update correctly.

    We added advanced settings so you can customize the page the way you want it. Thanks for the feedback.

  11. Add the ability to disable comments to people who don't make legitimate donations. Also to delete derogatory comments.

    I have had a group of particularly difficult people (I.e. Ex husbands friends) post awful comments and I cannot remove them or disable comments. It's keeping people from helping me reach my goal.

    We added the ability for the owner of the page to moderate the facebook comments. Thanks for the feedback.

  12. Provide assurance that money is going to your customers

    The website seems to lack the most important function for your customers--a way to retrieve the payments. Under "My Account" there is no mention of linking my Payitsquare page to any account (bank, PayPal, etc.) How am I supposed to know where money is going, and that I can retrieve payments? This is troubling

  13. RVSP button when only want expected count

    Ability to have RSVP button to enable pre-count but with no cost and not say "Free"....as it does now when choose "0.00" for price

  14. Split the Name Field

    Instead of just having a "Name" field when we go to register/pay, it should have First Name and Last Name as separate fields.

    We agree. We wish that PayPal charged less. They charge 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Our fee is only $0.99. We are adding more payment providers in the future so hopefully competition will help.

  16. Keeping Track

    I love using this tool and the site is very easy, I just have a request. It would be great to have a way to keep track of several things. For instance those who purchased and item, when it has been shipped if it could be marked off. Also when a deposit is made to my bank account it would be nice to make a note of the date and the amount. Yes it does go to paypal first but keeping track of the transaction from this site would be so helpful.

  17. I don't thik it is really a problem on your end....

    At first the check out button did not work, but I unchecked the post to faceback button, and then the checkout button worked.... When I got to paypal, i changed from bank to credit card payment, but it did not register properly.... will try later...

  18. Offer a Surprise Gift option.

    This option turns off any possibility of a donor posting to Facebook or other social media site and accidentally giving away the surprise!

    Thanks for the feedback. We do support turning off the social options. It is in the advanced settings. Does that work?

  19. Save Failed -- The Title field is required

    Adding an additional pay field without filling in the information resulted in a "Save Failed" error. Even after deleting the field, the Save function did not return.
