    Thanks, we understand. We are a small team without a dedicated way to be on call. We typically start with email and if we can’t answer the question we will setup a phone call.

    Sometimes it is just better to pick up the phone and resolve the issue with your customer vs. a string of emails that resolve nothing and only anger the customer.
