  1. Fix the Collections Options page so the order is maintained after changes.

    On the Collections Option page, I have my items in the order I want. If/when I make any changes, the order is changed on the final page when I view it, even though the order I want is still shown on the Collections Option page. This is frustrating. I end up moving items up and down in the order list to put them back in the order I want for this to update correctly.

  4. Display Questions on Admin Page

    Currently, answers to custom questions are only viewable after downloading and viewing the excel spreadsheet reports. I want to be able to view answers to questions and other information on the admin page of my collect page.

    Hi, just click on the person’s name or under the actions button click show details or edit. The questions and answers are visible there. Let us know if that isn’t what you are looking for.

  5. Split the Name Field

    Instead of just having a "Name" field when we go to register/pay, it should have First Name and Last Name as separate fields.

    We agree. We wish that PayPal charged less. They charge 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Our fee is only $0.99. We are adding more payment providers in the future so hopefully competition will help.

  7. Keeping Track

    I love using this tool and the site is very easy, I just have a request. It would be great to have a way to keep track of several things. For instance those who purchased and item, when it has been shipped if it could be marked off. Also when a deposit is made to my bank account it would be nice to make a note of the date and the amount. Yes it does go to paypal first but keeping track of the transaction from this site would be so helpful.

  8. I don't thik it is really a problem on your end....

    At first the check out button did not work, but I unchecked the post to faceback button, and then the checkout button worked.... When I got to paypal, i changed from bank to credit card payment, but it did not register properly.... will try later...

  9. Offer a Surprise Gift option.

    This option turns off any possibility of a donor posting to Facebook or other social media site and accidentally giving away the surprise!

    Thanks for the feedback. We do support turning off the social options. It is in the advanced settings. Does that work?

    I will send a check . It is easier to use the mail than the rigamarole pay pal wanted to put me through.

  11. Move where "Items" are listed, or allow the user to specify their location.

    I'd like to have the "items" listed along side my fundraiser text, a side by side view (like Kickstarter.com).

  14. Audit the site to make final payment

    Hello! I used your site to organize a group trip for 15 women. When the ladies in my group attempted to pay the final total (including myself) the site would tell us the actual card number was incorrect even when it was. Trying to pay called for repeated entry of credit card information multiple times until payment went through.

    One of the ladies in my group was actually charged twice due to the pay page telling her that her card information was wrong and did not go through but it actually did. She then had to request a refund because…

    We have improved this with the new site. We added WePay and Stripe as payment processors. They make this process much better then what PayPal provided.

  15. Notify People About Fantasy Football and Paypal

    Paypal just informed me that my Pay-it-Square site is in violation of Paypal policies and would be restricted.
    This kills my ability to use Pay-it-Square for collecting league fees.
    Ok, so I see now you have a knowledge base article pointing to this issue on a government site. Very CYA.
    You should be upfront with your customers and let them know (BEFORE THEY CREATE THE SITE), that Fantasy sports could come under scrutiny and even violate paypal policies.
    I now have to delete my sites and move on.
    Too bad - I liked your service, but I'll have to pass.

    Need ability to hide payments from collect page. Very useful for fundraising and some event scenarios.

  19. Allow for amount paid to be changed

    It would be nice to have an option that allows organizers to set whether payment amounts are fixed or flexible. If flexible the payers would see the suggested amount but they could change it to any amount they desired.
