Save Failed -- The Title field is required
Adding an additional pay field without filling in the information resulted in a "Save Failed" error. Even after deleting the field, the Save function did not return.

Audit the site to make final payment
Hello! I used your site to organize a group trip for 15 women. When the ladies in my group attempted to pay the final total (including myself) the site would tell us the actual card number was incorrect even when it was. Trying to pay called for repeated entry of credit card information multiple times until payment went through.
One of the ladies in my group was actually charged twice due to the pay page telling her that her card information was wrong and did not go through but it actually did. She then had to request a refund because…
1 voteWe have improved this with the new site. We added WePay and Stripe as payment processors. They make this process much better then what PayPal provided.

Add ability to choose the way donor names display on page and report
The default page view appears to be alphabetical by first name. It would be nice to be able to choose other options, particularly by date received. And, it would be really great if the transaction date was included as a column in the export to Excel report.

Quite a few people
have contacted me to help figure out the PayItSquare donation
form. I don't find it that bad but some don't understand the
"CHECKOUT" button or the fact you can change the amount in the
"Suggested amount" box. Perhaps "NEXT" would be better than
CHECKOUT. And, a line about changing the amount would be good.3 votesThis is much improved with our new site design. Check it out and let us know what you think!

I would gladly support this organization but am not willing to spend almost $2 in additional fees to pay on-line.($.9 by Pay It Square and $.92 by unclear who or what this charge was for)
5 votesThanks for the feedback. We charge $.99 per transaction. It is our only way of generating revenue to make our service available. All of the other fees come from our payment provider (ie. PayPal).

NEW REGISTRANTS
Instead of listing them in ABC order on the website, it should list them in order of when they pay so that we can keep track of who we have exported and confirmed. It is really frustrating looking back at the entire list and figuring out who just paid.
5 votesCheck out the new site! We think we addressed this.

Excel spreadsheet needs to be listed by Last Name
The excel spreadsheet should be COMPLETELY different. It is not user friendly. The name should be separated in two different cells so that we can order them in ABC by last name.
10 votesCheck it out on our new site. We think you will love it.

Notify People About Fantasy Football and Paypal
Paypal just informed me that my Pay-it-Square site is in violation of Paypal policies and would be restricted.
This kills my ability to use Pay-it-Square for collecting league fees.
Ok, so I see now you have a knowledge base article pointing to this issue on a government site. Very CYA.
You should be upfront with your customers and let them know (BEFORE THEY CREATE THE SITE), that Fantasy sports could come under scrutiny and even violate paypal policies.
I now have to delete my sites and move on.
Too bad - I liked your service, but I'll have to pass.1 voteWe added content on our site and added a disclaimer when creating pages.

Support for a visitor metrics system like Google Analytics
Add support for a visitor metrics system like Google Analytics. This way the person managing a project can better understand the traffic they are receiving.

Move where "Items" are listed, or allow the user to specify their location.
I'd like to have the "items" listed along side my fundraiser text, a side by side view (like Kickstarter.com).

Better disclosure of extra CC charge when checking out
My friend recently used your service to to collect money for an event he was organizing. Much to the surprise of many of us, our CCs were charged more than we expected. After reading the FAQs, we figured out why the extra charge was there for those of us who just used our CC. I understand the reason you do charge people extra for using a CC is that the CC companies charge you.
My suggestion would be to make it a little more obvious that a person will be charged extra for using a CC instead of a PayPal…
5 votesHi Jeff,
Thanks for the feedback. We have updated our FAQ page with a lot more information about all fees and how they work in different based on how an organizer configures their page – http://www.payitsquare.com/about/faq.aspx. Thank you for the feedback.
